With a heart for the mission and a passion for entrepreneurship, Brandon will bring his 20+ years of experience in various industries and companies to help lead the Ranch to effectiveness and sustainability. He served five years as Administrator at Lighthouse Christian Academy & has led three years in the Heart of David Leadership Program. Brandon will serve as Executive Director of the Ranch.

Shanelle learned early on to have a heart for giving to others as she was raised in a minister’s home in Phoenix, Arizona. She is currently pursuing her degree to become a Licensed Social Worker. As an interior designer & experienced events coordinator, she will have plenty of opportunities to use those talents at the Ranch; however, her primary focus will be as the Program Director of the Residential Care program.
