RESERVATIONS

Please complete a reservation form separately for each unique group. If the same group is attending across multiple days, the same reservation form may be used for multiple reservations.

SCHEDULED GROUPS

Scheduled groups have a minimum of two dedicated, trained facilitators. The minimum number of program participants in a scheduled group is eight (8) participants. Smaller groups may either join an Open Group or schedule a Scheduled Group for the minimum eight (8) participants. Please notify us of a final participant number at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date to avoid additional charges for those not attending.

OPEN GROUPS

Open groups allow for any individual or group of individuals to join in a program event up to twenty-four (24) total participants. Participants under the age of 14 (fourteen) must be accompanied by an adult.

LOCK-INS

Lock-ins require a minimum of twenty-five (25) participants and a minimum chaperone-to-participant ratio of 1:20. High Point Urban Adventures will provide an event manager and trained facilitators. No scheduled event will last longer than 1:00 AM. All chaperones and program participants are expected to leave the High Point Urban Adventures property promptly following the conclusion of the scheduled event.

PAYMENTS

A $250 deposit is required for Scheduled Groups. Full payment for Scheduled Groups must be received by 10am the business day prior to group start time. For groups scheduled for Saturday or Monday, full payment must be paid by the previous Friday at 10am.

Payment for Open Groups is due at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If an individual or group cancels their reservation seven (7) or more calendar days prior to the event, they will be refunded any monies paid towards their reservation. If cancellation is less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled date, the individual or group will forfeit the registration deposit. If an individual or group cancels due to weather conditions, they will be allowed to reschedule their reservation. There will be no refunds due to cancellation for weather conditions unless it is prior to seven (7) days before the scheduled event date.
